Pakistan has strongly condemned the recent attacks in Saudi Arabia, expressing condolences to the affected families and announcing full solidarity. According to a press release issued by the Foreign Office, deep concern was expressed over missile and drone attacks allegedly carried out by Iran on energy installations in the eastern region of Saudi Arabia.
The Government of Pakistan expressed sorrow over the loss of lives resulting from these attacks and stated that damage to critical infrastructure is condemnable. The statement added that Pakistan shares the grief of the victims’ families and stands with the government and people of Saudi Arabia in this difficult time.
The press release further stated that these attacks constitute a serious violation of Saudi Arabia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and could pose a threat to regional peace and stability. Pakistan also reaffirmed its unwavering support for the security of Saudi Arabia.
