اسلام آباد پولیس نے عدالتی حکم کی دھجیاں اڑا دیں
لاہور: ( ہاٹ لائن نیوز) پی ٹی آئی کے صدر اور سابق وزیراعلیٰ چوہدری پرویز الٰہی کو دوبارہ گرفتار کرلیا گیا۔
اسلام آباد پولیس نے سابق وزیر اعلی کو کینال روڈ سے گرفتار کیا ہے ، اسلام آباد پولیس ان کو گرفتار کرکے وفاقی دارالحکومت اسلام آباد روانہ ہوگئی۔
قبل ازیں عدالت نے چوہدری پرویز الٰہی کو رہا کرنے کا حکم دیا تھا۔ عدالت نے تحریری حکم میں یہ بھی کہا تھاکہ سابق وزیر اعلی پرویز الٰہی کو نیب یا کوئی ایجنسی گرفتار نہیں کرے گی ، جب کہ پی ٹی آئی کے صدر کو کسی قانون کے تحت نظر بند بھی نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
پولیس کے ذرائع مطابق سابق وزیر اعلی کو تھری ایم پی او کے تحت گرفتار کیا گیا ہے ، پولیس ان کو اسلام آباد منتقل کررہی ہے ۔
